Return & Exchange policies

Shipping process takes 5-7 working day

1. We offer 5 day return and exchange policy from the day of delivery.
2. We offer reverse pick up Service , A reverse shipment amount of Rs 100 will be deducted
   in case of return of product at the time of refund, regardless of number of items within an
   order, this means if an order contain either single item or multiple item only single
   deduction of reverse shipment fee of Rs 100 will be charged on entire order.
3. Reverse pickup attempt will be made twice; If delivery partners are unable to pickup the
   shipment, Customer will have to send the shipment back to the company warehouse/
   address. Reverse pickup services are subject to the area of availability and pin-code.
4. Shipping/Delivery charges are not refundable.
5. Money will be refunded within 7 working days after we receive the product. (if eligible)
6. Refund will be initiated after evaluating the condition of the product.
7. Do not remove tags and keep the packing safe in case of return or exchange of item.
8. Return will not be initiated if we found that the product is used or not in the same
   condition as it was at the time of delivery.
9. Payment made with COD option can either get shop credits equivalent to the amount he
   paid at a time of delivery except shipping charges or you can avail refund in his bank
   account.
